“Delivery & Return”
We aim to process your order within 12-48 hours from the time of order. We strongly recommend that you check the order details and shipping address when you place your order. We will not take any responsibility if you provide incorrect details.
We will be able to make any corrections while the package is being processed. Contact us immediately at [email protected], because once the package is shipped, it is difficult to redirect it.
Most of our packages will be sent by express carrier with a tracking number.
While we aim to ensure that all orders are received as expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time.

“Return policy”
If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you may be entitled to an exchange or a full refund.
The refund or exchange can be made under certain conditions:
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to return your product(s). Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days from receipt.
Norah’s Perfumes reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the perfumes have been used or are not in the same condition and packaging as you received them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days. We remind you that the delivery costs are at your expense and are therefore non-refundable.
