Shipping & Returns
We aim to process your order within 12-48 hours from the time of order. We strongly recommend that you check the order details and shipping address when you place your order. We will not take any responsibility if you provide incorrect details.
We will be able to make any corrections while the package is being processed. Please contact us immediately at [email protected], as once the package has been shipped, it is difficult to redirect it.
Most of our packages will be sent by express carrier with a tracking number.
While we aim to ensure that all orders are received as expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays for our international customers. However, we are not responsible for customs clearance delays and customs fees.
Return Policy
If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you may be entitled to an exchange or a full refund.
The refund or exchange can be made under certain conditions:
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to return your product(s). Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days from receipt.
ParfumsAttar reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the perfumes have been used or are not in the same condition and packaging as you received them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days. We remind you that the delivery costs are at your expense and are therefore non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel your order before we ship it. After your order has been sent, you will not be able to cancel it.
No returns can be made without prior written authorization.
“Can I get a refund?”
You can request a return and refund if you have received a damaged or incorrect item. Upon receipt of the returned packages, the products will be checked and your refund will be made as soon as the items comply with the charter of our general return conditions.
The refund will be made within a period not exceeding 14 days from the receipt of your package.
How do I return an order?
Please inform customer service as soon as possible. We will send you a return form that must be completed and returned, and then we will process your request. You will be assigned a reference number to trigger the return.
