ParfumsAttar reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the perfumes have been used or are not in the same condition and packaging as you received them.<\/p>\n

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days. We remind you that the delivery costs are at your expense and are therefore non-refundable.<\/p>\n
