4.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Natural attar oils and fragrances may have slight variations between batches due to their natural origin.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4.3 Natural Products
Our attars are natural essential oils and perfume oils. They are sold as fragrance products only and are not intended for medicinal, therapeutic, or food use.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Currency
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices in EUR, USD, and CAD are indicative and subject to exchange rate fluctuations. The GBP price is the binding price.
5.2 VAT
Parfums Attar Naturels is a non-VAT registered sole trader. No VAT is charged on orders.
5.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order.
6. Delivery
6.1 Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout.
6.2 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.
6.3 Customs and Import Duties
For orders outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country. These are your responsibility and we have no control over them.
7. Right of Withdrawal (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
7.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

7.2 Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly sent.
7.3 Refund
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7.4 Conditions for Return
Goods must be returned in their original, unopened condition. If you have opened a bottle of attar oil, we reserve the right to:
- Deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product
- Refuse a full refund if the product cannot be resold in its original condition
This is in accordance with Regulation 34(9) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allows us to make a deduction for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
7.5 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (where applicable to perfume oils)
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
- Goods which have been used or deteriorated
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days at [email protected]. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund including return postage costs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the goods
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
